At the Kinard & Kinard Law Firm, we are a full-service family law firm. Our firm was originally established in 1975 by Bobby Kinard who is the former Mayor of North Charleston and a former state representative. We are located in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina.

With the addition of his wife Susan Trout Kinard into the practice as a paralegal in 1980, and then as a practicing attorney in 1993, the Kinards are a husband-and-wife legal team who can provide for the needs of their clients in family law matters.
