Our Charleston law firm was founded in 1975 by former prosecutor, judge, Mayor of North Charleston, and Member, South Carolina House of Representatives Bobby Kinard. His partner and wife, experienced litigator and appellate attorney Susan Trout Kinard, joined the firm in 1993, creating the firm of Kinard & Kinard.
